Firstly, we wish to thank you for your patience regarding the Michael Buble Concert at Aviva Stadium.
To allow us advance your complaint as quickly as possible we would appreciate if you could please confirm the following details by email by Friday 12th November 2010:
- Your time of departure from the concert?
- Did you make your concerns known to any staff within the venue?
- If you did speak to a staff member, who was it that you spoke to and please advise at what time did you speak to the staff member?
Finally, could you please ensure to include your full name & postal address in all correspondence.
