MCD @mcd_productions continue to ignore customers continue to ignore hundreds of customers who complained about the dreadful sound quality at the recent Michael Buble concert which was the very first live show at the new Aviva stadium.

Most of the complaints came from fans who were seated in the upper tiers of the stadium with many fans missing most of the show having paid over €100 for their tickets. were flooded with complaints which was picked up by several media outlets but over one month later continue to fob of complainants by sending out a regular email stating that they continue to investigate the poor quality sound. Strange how they can investigate the sound even though the sound rig has long been dismantled and a source at the stadium has confirmed that no-one from has visited the Aviva to investigate the acoustics.

Here is a copy of the ridiculous email MCD continue to circulate to those who have complained.

Dear customer,

We would like to apologise for the delay in responding your letter. Thank you for contacting MCD with your feedback about Michael Buble at Aviva Stadium. We are very sorry to hear that you did not have an enjoyable experience at the concert.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently looking into sound issues at the stadium; in the meantime, please send a your postal address to the below address/email/fax at your earliest convenience and we will revert to you very shortly.

  1. The only hurdle to accessing this is of course human
    limitations and the fact that the brain does not function solely as a learning tool for the human being.
    Popular prizes include sports tickets, cash and vouchers for drinks, food
    – and dollars off of tabs. Theme Format: It is almost like standard
    format of the pub quiz.
