Some red faces over at Airtricity after they signed-off on a new ad which contains a serious spelling error. The blooper has been brought to their attention by members of the public who spotted the error on TV.
As you can see from the screen shots above they have spelt the word switching wrong in their new TV ads and have been trying to pass this off as the style of the creative. The feeble excuse is pretty poor given that the same creative has been used for print, web and online and in all other cases the word switching is spelt correctly.
Maybe thats the price you pay for taking your production out of the country. The ad was produced by Gate Films in Edinburgh.
