Topaz ads found to be misleading

After what seemed a very successful marketing and rebranding campaign, Topaz have been forced to remove their outdoor posters and some forecourt messaging.

The Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland has found against Topaz in relation to a complaint about their environmentally friendly message.

The ASAI has found that using unqualified phrases like ‘Clean fuels’ does not conform with their code.

You can read the full details of the complaint and the ruling here.
