The Obama touch


Probably one of  the greatest endorsements a product can get. During a recent G20 press conference in London President Obama opted to sip from a the bottle rather than a glass and in doing so exposed the Buxton brand to millions of viewers around the world.

Paolo Sangiorgi, the managing director of Nestlé Waters said: “We’re delighted that President Obama is keeping healthily hydrated with bottled water, especially a local natural water brand such as Buxton.”

Buxton bottles water from St Ann’s Spring in Buxton, Derbyshire. According to the British Geological Survey, the water emerging from the spring today fell as rain more than 5000 years ago.

Claire Beale, the editor of Campaign, the advertising magazine, said: “The exposure generated by pictures of him holding their bottle, which will be sent around the world, will be enormous.
